Personnel to be deployed at any client company are Outcor employees who are selected through a recruitment process (psycho test and interview), medical check-up and have completed a basic training in accordance with the existing Standard Operating Procedure of the company.
How does the cooperation system between Outcor and client who receive its services work?
The cooperation between Outcor and its client works on the basis of contract for at least 1 year period. Terms and conditions of the contract are agreed by both parties.
